■Returns due to product defects <br>We will accept returns if the product is defective upon arrival or damaged during delivery, regardless of whether the product has been used or not.

Supported conditions:
・If you contact us by phone, email, or inquiry within 7 days of receiving the product, you will be able to return the product if we receive a confirmation of return.
・Only applicable to returns of products purchased at "NANASAI-ONLINE-STORE".

Refund amount: Full product price

Note: We cannot accept returns after 7 days from the date of delivery.

■Exchanges due to product defects <br> Regardless of whether the product has been used or not, if the product is defective upon arrival or is damaged during delivery, we will accept an exchange.

・If you contact us by phone, email, or inquiry within 7 days of receiving the product, we will accept your request for an exchange.
・Exchanges are limited to products purchased at "NANASAI-ONLINE-STORE".
* Exchanges will only be accepted if the replacement item is in stock at the time of your request.
If no replacement item is available, we will accept a return.

Note: We cannot accept exchanges if more than 7 days have passed since the product was received.

■How to return/exchange items

① Contact us via "Phone", "Email" or "Inquiries" and receive a notification from us regarding the return/exchange process.
②Please prepare your own shipping label at a post office or convenience store.
③ Please send the product to the "return address" below by "cash on delivery".
Please return the product in the same condition as it was delivered, including all accessories, labels and packaging, as much as possible.
Please be sure to keep a copy of the shipping receipt.
④As soon as we receive the returned item, we will notify you by email of receipt.
In the case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the return procedure has been completed.

■ About refunds

For payments made with Shop Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or Rakuten Pay <br>After the return procedure is complete, we will refund your payment via the relevant payment company. Please contact the relevant payment company for details on the closing date and refund date.
*Please note that it may take some time depending on the timing of the procedure.
